    Martin has experience and an extensive understanding of many areas of law. His main focus and interest is now in the areas of Commercial Law and Estate Planning. In addition to operating his own successful legal practice for many years, Martin is a Director on the Board of a number of companies. This allows him to have an appreciation, from the client's point of view, of the legal and commercial requirements of acquiring and operating a successful company, both large and small. In Estate Planning matters, Martin will always work closely with his clients, in conjunction with their financial advisors and accountants, to ensure that an effective Estate Plan is developed. The Estate Plan will be tailored to address the issues that can arise under Succession Law, while still meeting his client’s individual requirements and wishes. Martin has developed considerable knowledge and experience in the establishment and use of Discretionary Testamentary Trusts.

    Celia is a Senior Family Lawyer, having practised exclusively in Family Law since 2006 with both mid-sized suburban and city boutique family law practices. Celia has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law including complex parenting, property, and child support. She has experience dealing with complex financial issues, advising in relation to business interests, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds as well as matters with international components such as offshore property, forum disputes and international child abduction, as well as smaller “house and garden” type financial matters. Celia aims to assist her clients to reach negotiated settlements where possible. She also encourages her clients to use alternative dispute resolution, working with her clients to achieve optimum results, without further damaging fragile family relationships. However, where necessary, Celia is an experienced litigator and advocate, and will work hard to ensure, if her clients require court representation, that they achieve the best outcomes. Celia completed her legal studies at the University of NSW in 2000 and also has a Masters in Applied Law in Family Law. She is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, able to issue s60I Certificates in relation to parenting disputes. Leanne also has extensive experience in the area of Probate/Deceased Estates and provides para-legal support to the lawyers in these areas.
