Recently Lauren Weatherley of E&A Lawyers assisted us with some family estate matters and sale of property. Accordingly, I would highly recommend Lauren, who was very efficient, always courteous and provided excellent guidance through out.

I Started out with a very hopeless family law case, where my previously lawyer did more harm than good.

I came across E&A Lawyers on Facebook. In June 2021 I enlisted the services of E&A Lawyers. Within a month I had orders in place to see my kids. I had no contact for more than a year then. By May 2022, had preliminary hearing and 3 x 4 day final hearing dates. Anyone going through family court process will realise how uncommin this is. Some people spend years in family court to get 1 final hearing date, let alone 3 final hearing dates in 7 months. Alex and her team worked relentless on my case and her guidance was always on the mark.

I am still waiting for judgement in my case, but judgement will most likely be in my favour.😉

Their team is very professional and negatioted good rate with barrister. In fact I was not billed for last 4 days in court. I cannot express my gratitude enough towards this legal firm. Very highly recommended.

I understood that I must have a formalised Will, my Sister died intestate and the hassle it caused our family was horrendous. Many recognise the importance of Power of Attorney too however, Chris helped us put together the overlooked and just as essential Enduring Guardianships. An Enduring Guardianship enables me to select someone I trust to make decisions about my care and living arrangements should I ever become incapacitated and unable to decide for myself. Get Chris to explain how an Enduring Guardianship only comes into effect if or when you lose your capacity, and how it’s only be effective during the period you are. It may never become operational; However, it is a good way to plan for unforeseen situations like the current pandemic.

We have used E&A Lawyers for over 35yrs now, and before that time E&A Lawyers assisted my Mother with her Estate Planning needs. They have assisted us in a variety of situations: Co Ownership Agreements, Business Structure advice, and the setting up of our Wills and Health Care Directives.
