Leanne Alfonso

Practice Manager

Leanne has a background in human resources and education.  As our Practice Manager, she is involved in the development, implementation and regular review of systems and procedures to ensure that we provide the quality of service that is important to the firm and to our clients.

Leanne also manages a wide range of administrative projects at E&A Lawyers from IT and data management to procedural policies and staffing.

She has extensive experience in the area of Probate/Deceased Estates and provides para-legal support to the lawyers in these areas. She will often be an important point of contact and support for our clients at what can be a sad and distressing time.

Leanne is also a Justice of the Peace and the Secretary of the Community of Calm Inc., a not for profit organisation on the Northern Beaches.  Her involvement with the Community of Calm provides an opportunity which allows E&A Lawyers to make a positive contribution to our local community.
