Kylie’s primary areas of practice are:
Estate planning & estate administration
Kylie assists our clients in developing and implementing their estate planning, taking their family and individual circumstances into account. She works with our clients to achieve their goals of preserving wealth, providing asset protection and minimising family conflict.
Kylie is also experienced in estate administration and works with our clients to navigate the complexities of obtaining Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration and distributing assets.
Property law
Kylie has extensive experience in property transactions and assists clients with:
- the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties;
- retail and commercial leasing;
- retirement village leasing;
- property development and options.
Commercial law
