Amy assists clients in navigating family provision claims and general estate disputes. Having initially started her law career in family law, she brings a thoughtful approach to matters that often involve sensitive family relationships, while focusing on practical solutions for her clients.
Amy works with executors to help them meet their responsibilities when administering deceased estates. She guides clients through each stage of the process, including applying for Probate or Letters of Administration, distributing assets, and finalising the estate in accordance with legal requirements.
Amy helps clients prepare tailored estate planning documents to reflect their wishes and protect their interests. She prepares Wills (including those with Discretionary Testamentary Trusts), Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Appointments of Enduring Guardian, with a focus on helping clients plan for the future and reduce the risk of disputes.
